This small copper spider is a characterful addition to the garden or home, designed to bring a touch of curiosity and humour to its surroundings.
Each piece is made by hand, with a solid copper body and carefully shaped copper wire legs. At around 5–6cm in diameter, it’s sized to sit naturally amongst planting, on pots, or on a shelf indoors.
The design has evolved from the popularity of my copper insects — beetles, cockroaches and other small creatures that have proved popular at in-person events. The spider follows the same idea: something slightly unexpected, simple in form, and quietly eye-catching.
