The garden is inspired by Willow, a national charity providing special days for seriously ill young adults aged 16-40. More information about the charity can be found here:

Copper and Green were asked to supply a pair of copper bulrushes for the garden. These were approx 1m tall (including a 25cm ground spike).
Jan, the garden designer says "The symbolic river of memories consists of everlasting flowers leading to a calm oasis by the willow tree. Every plant chosen, symbolises words and emotions important to special day beneficiaries: hope, uplifting, grateful, calm. Each stepping stone represents the journey of hope and a reminder that connections are built on shared experiences and memories that will last a lifetime."
